First of all, Laura could not be any more encouraging or more knowledgeable as a trainer. In addition, she is very interested in moving her clients towards their goals and she keeps a close eye on you as you go through her workouts. Laura is fantastic at designing a specific workout for each individual and she makes adjustments to the workout plan based on what issues you may be dealing with. I have gained a lot of strength and confidence under Laura's direction, and she makes exercising fun. I appreciate all that I have learned from her and would highly recommend her!
