Group Classes

Come ready to sweat & get a great workout!

Group Fitness Classes are open to any women, 18 and older.

You don't have to be a current client or on a membership program to attend.

Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), bottle of water, small towel if you sweat a lot (like me) and a positive attitude.

No worries if you do not have a yoga mat, mats are available at the gym to use.

Classes are designed for all fitness levels. No prior exercise experience is needed.
